Come out to CAC Beardsley Community Farm to support your local nonprofit urban farm. Volunteer for a little while or stay the entire time.

We are going to be getting a lot of projects done, including watering, weeding, harvesting, invasive removal, trash pickup, and preparing for summer’s arrival in three days!

We would love to have you, our amazing community friends, come share time with us. Especially since this will be the very last workday for our current-serving AmeriCorps Environmental Team Members; Adam Campbell, Elisabeth Ramsey, and Emma Vieser :( *we get Margo Beck for one more month! :)

So come out to the farm and wish them each farewell, and join us as we thank them for their service to Beardsley and the Knoxville Community through AmeriCorps.

Volunteers need to wear closed-toe shoes, sun protection, dress for the weather, and bring a water bottle. There is no need to RSVP, unless you are volunteering with a large group.

Don’t forget to join us for yoga at 8AM to get our bodies ready before we get start gardening!
