Do you want to make the most of your garden in the most eco-friendly way possible? Ijams is proud to partner with CAC Beardsley Community Farm as part of Ijams' Take Action! series to offer a FREE Summer Gardening Series!
Each month, CAC Beardsley Community Farm will host a free gardening class to teach you everything from starting and maintaining your gardening to harvesting and beyond!
As the summer season comes to an end, join the last workshop of the summer gardening series at the Farm on Aug. 26 at 6 pm. Beardsley staff will demonstrate how to make pasta from scratch, as well as a delicious sauce featuring zucchini and herbs from the garden. In this hands-on class, you’ll make a batch of this tasty pasta to take home.
You must reserve your spot in order to participate in this free workshop. If you end up not being able to attend the workshop, please notify us by emailing Sarah Brobst at sbrobst@ijams.org so we can open the spot to another participant.
If you are interested in the series, here is the list of the other summer workshops:
May 27: Sustainable Summer Gardening
June 24th: A Guide to Growing Pollinators and Arranging Flowers
July 22nd: Preserving the Harvest: Fruit Jams and Sauces
